Job Description
- Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace; responsible for all safety inspections
- Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation
- Responsible with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies; creating RCC H&S and physical security book.
- Managing emergency procedures and organizing emergency teams
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to asses risk and adherence to the polices
- Creating, Modifying and revising all Evacuation Plans, Lockdown procedures, for all sites
- Work with the training and internal marketing departments for the General training and awareness for all Employees.
Job Requirements
- Ability to carry out risk assessments
- Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities
- Skills in developing technical reports.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office software
- 8+ previous similar experience preferably in Contact Center Industry
- Fluency in both Arabic & English
