Job Description
- Supervising and managing all maintenance needs and works for MEP on all sites, in addition to regular maintenance work for company assets
- Oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs
- Work with their teams to improve facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns
- Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety Standards
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Responsible for the notification of obsolete equipment with request for relevant elimination from assets
- Responsible for the collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities
- Skills in developing technical reports.
- Good Knowledge of AutoCAD Software
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office Software
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering
- +4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in both Arabic & English
