Job Description

  • Accountable to meet an agreed annual target of contracts according to the corporate’s growth plan.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work unsocial hours, including evenings or weekends, on occasion when the need arises and is flexible to the needs of the post.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country and internationally.
  • Determination and commitment to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
  • 6th of October resident or nearby area is highly preferable
  • B Sc. degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Power Engineering.
  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing or business studies in MEP contracting Field, with a successful proven record of accomplishment in marketing and business development for MEP engineering construction business.
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing and new business development techniques in Egypt.
  • The strong database in the MEP market.
  • Experience of working closely with a Board of Directors.
  • Demonstrable and competent knowledge and usage of IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
