Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend Quality Assurance committees’ meetings; taking minutes and briefing the manager.
- Prepares reports on quality practices in each program.
- Analyze and prepare statistics and reports based on questioners
- Assist in the preparation of the Quality Assurance documents to be submitted to different accreditation agencies.
- Assists in all accreditation-related activities.
- Follows-up with all the academic staff and accreditation units in each faculty on the courses ‘ documents, reports, and practices needed for the accreditation
- Prepares additional information requested by the accrediting institution during the visit and displaying the information requested in a professional, presentable and arranged manner
- Prepares reports on quality practices in each program.
- Makes a pro-active and significant contribution to the development and implementation of the quality management system, quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the operation of the Quality Enhancement Audit process
- Work with senior academic staff, devising appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures and performance indicators relevant to quality assurance and enhancement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: University Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Fluent English Language skill, German Language is an asset.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive, take initiative and ability to make decisions.
- Creative within the scope of work & very resourceful in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
- Able to work and interact effectively with all levels of colleagues.
