Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend Quality Assurance committees’ meetings; taking minutes and briefing the manager.
  • Prepares reports on quality practices in each program.
  • Analyze and prepare statistics and reports based on questioners
  • Assist in the preparation of the Quality Assurance documents to be submitted to different accreditation agencies.
  • Assists in all accreditation-related activities.
  • Follows-up with all the academic staff and accreditation units in each faculty on the courses ‘ documents, reports, and practices needed for the accreditation
  • Prepares additional information requested by the accrediting institution during the visit and displaying the information requested in a professional, presentable and arranged manner
  • Prepares reports on quality practices in each program.
  • Makes a pro-active and significant contribution to the development and implementation of the quality management system, quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the operation of the Quality Enhancement Audit process
  • Work with senior academic staff, devising appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures and performance indicators relevant to quality assurance and enhancement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: University Graduate.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Fluent English Language skill, German Language is an asset.
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proactive, take initiative and ability to make decisions.
  • Creative within the scope of work & very resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
  • Able to work and interact effectively with all levels of colleagues.
