Job Description

  • Receiving all company's calls, mails, and requests.
  • Providing all needed information for callers, mails and requests.
  • Transferring calls and requests to right department and right person.
  • Documenting papers, through filling, and writing them on word, power point and excel if needed.
  • Prepare for meetings in terms of room, people, date and materials needed.
  • Reserving for employees traveling abroad in terms of hotels and tickets.
  • Greeting national and foreigners visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years of Experience
  • Residence: Nasr City, Heliopolis and New Cairo residents are preferred.
  • Gender: Females.
  • Language: Excellent English
  • V.Good Microsoft Office
  • Fast Learning & Attention to Details.
  • Organized & Time Management.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • High Flexibility in Working Hours.
  • Presentable
