Job Description

  • • Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
    • Configuring Network (wired and wireless) Connections Server Hardware and Software.
    • Installing and configuring computer operating systems, Printers, Scanners and applications.
    • Installing, configuring computer hardware and cam system.
    • Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years` Experience in IT support function preferably in-Service Companies
  • Good Knowledge in Network and surveillance.
  • Good knowledge of Computer Hardware and software
  • Microsoft Windows operating system, MS office
  • Residence: Nasr City, Heliopolis and New Cairo residents are preferred.
  • High-level knowledge of PC hardware equipment and utilization (Cameras, printers, scanners, modems, network cards).
  • Excellent communication, administrative and documentation skills.
  • High Flexibility in Working Hours.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
