Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
- Following up to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant Educational Background (Computer Science – Information System)
- Call Center background preferred
- Good Command of English.
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts (24 hours a day)
