Job Description

- Configure ERP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
- Configure ERP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
- Install and configure Firewalls; including add new security rules, add NAT, Routing.
- Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs
- Install programs to ensure that systems, network, and data users are aware of, understand, and adhere to systems security policies and procedures.
- Overheads, results analysis, settlement.
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of ERP and designs and troubleshoots in the area with this knowledge.
- Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing.
- Lead the IT team to Work & monitor Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Work with ERP Solutions to identify & resolve software bugs.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Information Tech; Engineering is a must
- Good configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS , network, milestones, standard structures.
- CIW
- ITIL Certified
- CCNA
- Very Good command of English
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team Leader.
- Phone systems implementation knowledge.
