Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to follow MRP with different departments, negotiate and estimate needed budget for the implementation.
- Responsible to follow up with the supplier till the delivery of the goods.
- Maintain good relationship with the suppliers, following ERC Business code of conduct in what is related to supplier's relationship.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Follow up on the supplier’s payment by sending the due invoices to accounting department.
- Negotiate and follow up with the supplier the arrival of missing part.
- Maintain history records for all purchased items.
- Work on creating and developing SOP, policies and work cycle to the section.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Manager all of the assigned work.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- High experience in tendering is a added value.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Have fast response to urgent duties as per the organisation needs.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and Negotiation skills.
- Very Good Computer skills.
- Very Good English skills.
- Experience not less than 4 years.
- Team Leadership skills.
