Job Description
Technical Voice Configurations of VOIP and 4G Backup Solutions for all Fixed Products for SME and Enterprise Customers in VF Italy:
- Voice Service Provisioning on PBX and Routers of Italian Enterprise Fixed Customers.
- Responsible for Roll out and Migration for Fixed Voice Services for Indirect and Direct Enterprise Market
- Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems related to the Voice Provisioning Orders to guarantee service delivery.
- Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI
- Working on Shift Basis to cover Italian working hours from 8 AM and 8 PM Italy Time during Weekdays and Weekend
Job Requirements
- Basic Knowledge of Fixed Networks Solutions
- Basic Knowledge of Voice Provisioning and Configurations on PBX and Routers
- International Experience with Enterprise Customers (Preferred Italian Customers).
- Technical degree (preferable in Telecommunications) or higher.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- 0-2 years of experience in Fixed Network Field
- CCNA Certificate is Plus
- Profession in Italian and English, spoken and written (B2 is Must)
