Recruitment & OD Specialist

Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Frequently reporting and reviewing all recruitment metrics (time to fill// Cost per hire) to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
• Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps.
• Choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs.
• Ensure following an efficient interviewing techniques.
• Conduct first HR job interviews.
• Implement the new organization structure policy and support in the of design with Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objective
• Prepare monthly headcount report.
• Prepare the annual man power plan in coordination with internal customers.
• Make sure of implementing any work procedures, coordinating with the internal audit.
