Job Description
- Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due
- Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures
- Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations
- Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems
- Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers so as to improve the supply chain
- Coordinate between sales and transportation department for all sales deliveries
- Coordinate between service center and transportation department for all sales deliveries
- Track shipments across different channels
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- 3 years of experiences in Logistics Coordination
- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
- Computer skills (PP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
- Language: Good in English
