Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for maximizing sales growth and business opportunities through the development and implementation of Brokerage relationship strategy.
- Responsible for developing relationship and partnership with top level brokers and agency contacts to drive mutually beneficial business results.
- Delivers on assigned sales targets while gaining alignment from sales teams and third party brokers.
- Manages relationships with brokers, and ensures brokers are appropriately managing the sales of our project to the final clients.
- Manages and monitors goal setting process & score carding/tracking of broker performance, and ensures consistent attainment of goals.
- Works closely with the Sales Teams.
- Fosters innovation and continuous improvement within Sales Operations and ensure transparency between broker and our Company.
- Leads content development of sales information, and optimizes collaboration between the company and Brokers.
- Ensure brokers are complying to the established contract and inventory to avoid parallel Sales or price discrepancies.
- Leads 3rd party contract negotiations to drive greater accountability and ownership of objectives and manages the commission payment process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working for a Real estate company in the same role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English
