Job Description
- Reads and understands the carrier's technical guides
- Communicates to the Project Managers any required updates in Partners’ dataset
- Creates client/carrier connection-specific data translation maps.
- Handles testing cycle with the carriers till getting the production approvals.
- Creates the production schedule
- Updates eBN Project Management tools with the project status
- Updates eBN Knowledge Database
- Continuous learning to stay abreast of changes and trends in technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Knowledge in C, C++, C#, .NET, Database: Oracle SQL, & XML.
- Documentations: Excel, Word & Outlook express.
- Knowledge in database analysis, systems analysis.
- Fluent in English Language is must (US based client coordination)
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills".
- Flexible working hours required to meet US Client needs.
- Confidence, desire to succeed and willingness to work hard.
- High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
- Good report-writing, and analytical thinking
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the eBN service and knowledge
- Ability to brainstorm, troubleshoot and collaborate with others.
