Job Description

  • Handles the attendance of the sales team and report it to concerned parties.
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation (e.g.: Leads, agreements, templates, PVTs, etc.).
  • Able to work closely with the Sales team to document the progress of the department and apply
  • Sales/ operation tasks and strategy accordingly.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Follows-up with the agents on their daily tasks and deadlines.
  • Manages filing, recording office expenditure and managing the budget of the branch spending and communicate directly with finance to have it ready on monthly basis.
  • Update Projects & Inventory sheets, and make sure to communicate all updates to all sales team members.
  • Updating the company’s website and all online listing platforms with the updates.
  • Respond to all outside requests, complaints related to marketing, leads, and communication with all partnered developers.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings & sales orientations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree is a must.
  • Experience from 1-3 years in a similar field.
  • Excellent English is written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, MS. Word, Excel.
  • Females only.
  • Working hours: 9:30 – 05:30
  • Day off: Friday & Saturday
  • Location: Zahra Al Maadi
