Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Sales Analytics & Collection Specialist’s work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance to the sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness. In addition, he/she is responsible for Collections work which is focused on administering and ensuring compliance with collections processes.
Job Duties:
- Selecting, managing, and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: Electronic territory management systems, etc.)
- Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics to wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement
- Assisting sales teams with sales reporting
- Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning
- Collection and maintenance of distributors’ accounts (e.g., track accounts status, report on outstanding balances, prioritize collection activity)
- Follow-up overdue accounts (e.g., initiate demand letters, outbound calls to delinquent accounts, external debt collection, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Commerce, Accounting major.
- 3 to 5 years or relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
