Job Description
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through monthly review and recommendation of improvement initiatives
- Lead the consultation process and team to develop annual P&L, BS and Cash flow budgets for all business lines, support functions and consolidated.
- Prepare monthly variance reporting and conduct business reviews
- All queries resolved within agreed timeframes
- Oversight of Account Payable and Account receivable
- Tracking and controlling profit centers related to Service changes, and other areas
- Engage business heads in quarter re-forecasting exercise
- Deliver on-time, accurate cash flow reporting continuously seeking improvement opportunities
- Ensure that Audit reports/schedules for statutory and/or internal audits are provided to the auditors as and when required.
