Job Description
- IT Devices Hardware Maintenance Plan
- Respond and resolve IT Help Desk Tickets
- Manage active directory ( Create – disable – Join Domain- Users )
- IT Asset management
- Monitor and Verify backup NAS storage
- Monitor and update Firewall Policy
- Email Control Panel ( Create – Delete – Update users Email )
- New Branch Opening network Infrastructure
- Monitor and follow up with Internet service provider
Job Requirements
- Microsoft windows server Admin certification ( MCSA ) is a must
- Network principals knowledge ( IP Configurations )
- VMware Knowledge
- Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- CCNA is preferred
- Experience 2 year minimum
- Very good English language
