Job Description
- Carry out all marketing activities in the company.
- Responsible of liaising with all company suppliers (creative, printing, etc...) in order to issue company stationary and corporate identity updates.
- Ensure a PR role in the company, gain new contacts with external parties that could be of added value to the business.
- Plan, prepare and handle company events, in terms of budgeting, invitations, promotional material and Event presence at all times.
- Prepare Company's marketing budget yearly and make sure to implement it throughout the year, while respecting dates, budgets and resources.
- Ensure daily presence and maintenance of company's pages on social media (facebook, Linkedin & Instagram).
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs of all marketing activities, in order to update and modify when need be.
- Stay up-to-date with Marketing developments and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in a Marketing Position; Digital Marketing Experience is a great plus and will be given preference.
- PR & Events experience.
- Excellent, oral & written English command;
- Good attention to detail and commercial oriented.
- Good with numbers, budgets and Project Management software.
- Good command of all Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PPT, etc...
- Must be flexible to work for late nights when needed; in addition Work Schedule is from Saturday to Thursday.
