Job Description

  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies )
  • Updating HR databases ( new hires, vacation and sick leaves-terminations)
  • Evaluate and screen resumes
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Support in conducting the performance appraisals
  • Update organizational charts
  • Assist in creating, updating, and reviewing job descriptions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluency in English and computer skills.
  • HR study and certificate is a Must
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Team Player, dynamic & motivated
