Job Description
- Responsibility for the whole recruitment process of freelance translators around the globe, including searching, interviewing, offering, contracting, etc…
- Receiving and handling requests from Project Manager, Sales and marketing teams to recruit and place new vendors\translators into on-going projects.
- Responsibility for pricing plans, vendor rates & rate compilation.
- Building a comprehensive global database of translators to meet continuous business needs.
- Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
- Provide support and guidance to solve all vendors’ problems and direct them as required.
- Evaluate project scope and make vendor recommendations accordingly.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Able to work (FROM HOME) in Asia time zone 4:00AM - 12:30PM
- Fresh graduates can apply
- Excellent/Fluent of both written and spoken Japanese.
- Very Good of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- 1-2 years of general experience.
- Able to learn new software applications.
