Job Description

Manage workflow and direct effort in supporting the General Manager activities at Unipak Nile.

  • Manage correspondence and respond to emails on a timely basis.
  • Screen communications to the GM office and coordinate with responsible department heads problem resolution and follow up then report outcome to GM.
  • Responsible for organizing, sorting, prioritizing local and international correspondence, letters faxes and mail to relay info to responsible individual for action.
  • Collect data from all departments such as business objectives, KPIs, and SWOT analysis, in order to prepare the yearly business plan and quarterly BRM
  • Handle all international calls to the GM & for Unipak Nile and relay message and insure action taken.
  • Generates GM’s trip reports, plant evaluation, machine evaluation and requirements, memorandums and mail to be forwarded to the president.
  • Generates Unipak Nile performance report on monthly bases. And send copies to concern.
  • Receive and file monthly report from all Departments i.e. Monthly income statements, MTD and individual machines production report, material moments, paper progress and paper situation reports and all other filing related to GM office.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities with affiliates (Lunch, events, meetings).
  • Organize plant visits, tours itinerary, coordinate reservations and social activities for major suppliers, machine manufacturers and visitors.
  • Make travel arrangements and follow up on meetings for the GM business trips. And all logistics for business trips for any employee in the company.
  • Approve all returned goods' complaints on the IMS software, and find the root cause.
  • Coordinate all logistics related to visitors ( transportation , accommodation )
  • Screen offers for hotels usage and present for GM to take decision prior to signing the contracts. And ensure getting best prices and deals.
  • On- and off-site meeting set-up including securing rooms, catering, dinner reservations, equipment (audio/video), etc.
  • Contracts translation if needed.
  • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Interact with clients and customers when needed.
  • Assist other operational units as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Spoken and Written English, and Arabic
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
