Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service specialist with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible maintaining good customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries and handling collection calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls from Customer looking for products and services on Storat.
  • Receive chats from customers in Storat.com.
  • Convince customers to buy the services.
  • Assist customer in creating user account and buying vouchers.
  • Send proposals for B2B online orders (example: company requesting quotation for moving service. Or a company requesting quotation for monthly cleaning contract).
  • Coordinate with supplier the delivery of services and appointments.
  • Make sure Vouchers are redeemed for cash on delivery services and follow up on active orders.
  • Follow up on Storat Dashboard, close leads, follow-up on pending customers.

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of Computer technologies and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • International Call center experience will be an added advantage
