Job Description

  • Answer the Customers' calls and reserve airline ticket through the reservation system.
  • Handle all customers inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Control and follow up all communication channels.
  • Analyze customer complaints with a focus on complaint reduction.
  • Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team Leader or Management.
  • Ensure constant engagement & a strong relationship with customers.
  • Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Job Requirements

  • English Language: Fluent.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferably in Aviation industry.
  • Experience required in any reservation system (Radixx user is a plus).
  • Perfect communication skills.
  • Customer and details Oriented.
  • Problem solver
