Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and client support for our solutions with the ultimate objective of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, by providing excellent implementation, smooth client training, and continual support. This role requires testing the solution before delivery.
Main Job Duties:
- Achieve the proven Customer-Satisfaction and loyalty
- Follow up client support requests until resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and ensure successful client support for our products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (HW, SW, network, connectivity, )
- Provide training sessions to system users.
- Log and track customer issues and solutions to update Team Leader
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Participate in software installation activities in coordination with direct manager
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor.
- Perform unit, application, and system-testing to ensure excellent quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT, Bio med, and Engineering or equivalent are preferred
- Resident in Ismailia.
- Excellent customer handling
- 2-4 years’ experience in system support
- Proficiency using MS Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Perfect communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken)
