Job Description:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing executive with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries and handling collection calls.

Responsibilities:

• Call Merchants in target category and sell them one of storat subscription plans.
• Prepare contracts in Zoho Sign to be sent to Merchants.
• Follow-up with Merchant on contracts signatures.
• If needed, arrange appointments for field sales to help close deals.
