Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with the Group marketing supervisor and territory marketing departments, the group communication specialist is responsible for territory specific marketing communication plans development and budgeting.
- Support country marketing departments to ensure effective implementation of the marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitoring and evaluating marketing communications campaigns effectiveness in all product lines in all our dealerships.
- Responsible for brand compliance and provide guidelines to marketing departments in territories to build consistency in all marketing communications.
- Researches and understands company’s, products and services competitive advantages and attributes and develops marketing literature to communicate them.
- Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to communications supervisor for review and approval.
- Develop and coordinate production of brochures, multimedia packages, video and point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments.
- Develops direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion.
- Organize and support territories in marketing events; product launches, exhibitions, seminar, etc
Job Requirements
- Marketing planning, budgeting and execution
- On hand experience in marketing operations and marketing plans execution
- ATL and BTL marketing communication expertise
- Experience in formulating and launching marketing campaigns
- Media planning
- PR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
