Job Description
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Responsible for Receiving inbound Sales Call, and forwarding the case to responsible personal within Softex , along with preparation of Monthly Sales Activities Tracking Report.
- Handling the operation tasks with all departments.
- Handling all the client complains & coordinate the projects delivery date or operation circle internal/ external.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction report
- Follow up on all company running projects.
- Coordinating Sales / Clients folders and paperwork
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1:2 Years of Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
