Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Manage the organization and maintenance of inventory and storage area to ensure efficient space utilization.
Inspect and oversee products storage and compare items on the GP system with all aspects of product to ensure accuracy
Revise the process of product flow between different warehouses ensure smooth of operations.
Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security to ensure safe working environment.
Make an audit on all the goods and the products from and to the warehouse department for optimum space saving.
Revise the follow up on stocks with the logistics department regarding the unpaid or unfinished invoices to ensure accuracy.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system to ensure accuracy.
Revise all dead-on arrival and expired products to be isolated and identified.
Follow up with all services contracts and sending weekly reports to purchasers to make sure of stock products to fulfill customer’s needs.
Follow up with the vendors regarding the goods received and the contracts and all the complaints from the vendors
Prepare inventory report on Monthly, Quarterly and annual basis.
Manage warehouse team in recruiting, selecting, coaching, motivating and assign tasks and counseling.
Revise the archiving system.
