Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Troubleshooting, Installing or changing the software to fix issues
  • Periodic back up to company’s emails, laptops and PC's
  • Purchasing of required soft/hardware
  • Periodic maintenance for hardware
  • Working 4 days per week, half day (from 1 pm to 5 pm)
