Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Troubleshooting, Installing or changing the software to fix issues
- Periodic back up to company’s emails, laptops and PC's
- Purchasing of required soft/hardware
- Periodic maintenance for hardware
- Working 4 days per week, half day (from 1 pm to 5 pm)
