Job Description
Planning and organization:
- Tap into the resources of other work-units and departments, employing methods such as cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Functional role
- Manage the day to day site engineer and site supervisor responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- P&L Management and monitor the net income after expenses for the project, with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
- Negotiate subcontractors and suppliers pricing to reach profitable agreements
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Ensure that health, safety, sustainability policies and legislation are adhered.
- Approve process’ paperwork after each phase finalized
- Track all the expenses with the finance weekly to confirm that all the purchasing process is properly recorded
- Maintain constant communication with client's representatives
- Responsible for one or more projects
- Ensure that the projects meet the specifications, budgets and time lines
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, site staff etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Review, approve and sign periodical subcontractor invoices
- Approve site expenses
- Prepare project completion percentage with site team and submit for management approval

Job Requirements
Experience in finishes is a must
Education:
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering
Experience:
6-9 years exp. In the same failed
Skills:
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
