Job Description
- To support the increasing need for Integrated Multi Channel Marketing and to assist the Brand Teams better.
- Supports the Digital manager in developing effective, aesthetic designs for email campaigns, newsletters, websites, social media posts, banner ads, apps etc.
- Follows up with brand owners and agency on ideation, design, layout, and artwork and in the development stage.
- Co-leads the operational and implementation phase for all digital projects.
- Ensures timely project management and scheduling of different phases of digital projects in the integrated brand plans.
- Thinks creatively and develops new design concepts, graphics and layouts to support the effective delivery of brand messages, as well as HCP and patient education.
- Compiles documents to brief digital agencies for outsourced projects, following up on creatives and ensuring cost effectiveness and quality of project service.
- Setting up and tracking of Website Google Analytics, Email campaign reporting, SEO etc for all digital projects.
- Supports the efforts to ensure consistency of brand identity and guidelines across digital customer touch points.
- Maintains relevant internal databases/share-point sites and keeps them up-to-date
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional graphic design experience, preferably also in a digital agency.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.
- In-depth digital design capabilities, proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products, experience in web, email, social media and app design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,Dreamweaver
- Experience of working with Word Press, creating designs that are capable of integrating with the CMS.
