Job Description
Provides supervision to the IT infrastructure system, Network and responsible for the installation and maintenance of all network, telecommunication and data center systems.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balances, WAN,VPN)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Manage Wireless connection (Controllers, Access points)
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Responsible for virtualization environment (VMware-ESXI-Vcenter-Hyper-V) upgrade, monitoring and help in operation.
- Responsible for Data center Hardware (enclosures- blade servers -EMC Storage) (upgrade, operation and monitoring)
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Help in Developing and maintaining technology disaster recovery plans.
- Help in system (MS infra, End point Security systems and backup solution) operation.
- Supervise and manage equipment and other resources allocated to the Data Centers.
