Job Description
- IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more networking system technology areas. Examples include: routers, networking controllers, bridges, or networking software related to these technologies
- Work closely with business analyst & team lead to ensure decisions meet enterprise growth needs
- Maintain current applications, which includes, but is not limited to, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues along with identification & implements of its solutions
- Work with a team to create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates
- Work with implementation team to ensure deployments roll out smoothly.
- Provide technical support & consultation in ensuring customer’s satisfaction in the maintenance stage.
- Work with the Technical teams with his technical knowledge and experiences.
- Perform technical consultation services to customers.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS or Engineering/Technology or related field or equivalent experience/training
- Understand, deploy and support Cable Pulling, Termination, IP telephony, PABX, CCTV, POS, Drive Thru, Koisk, and Mitel.
- 6 + years of networking system technology areas.
- Extensive knowledge of different Passive components parts like cabling types, termination & testing.
- Extensive knowledge of systems like Digital Signage, CCTV, POS, KOISK, IP Voice (Mitel), PABX & ERP.
- Ability to configure Active components like Switches, Routes, Access Points, etc.
- Willingness to guide and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Domain Knowledge of Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail or Finance is a Plus
- Education:
- Must be Graduated in relevant discipline
- Professional certifications e.g. CCNA, CCNP, MCPIT, ITIL are preferred but not mandatory
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint tools
- Ability to prioritize work and help the other team members
