Job Description
- Maximize financial performance of the region by expanding the sales of
- Company products and services.
- Coach and mentor the regional sales team.
- Develops both new business and current accounts through business development
- Research to create growth in sales.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing to drive bid reporting services and lead
- management.
- Identify, develop and implement local marketing strategies to expand

- Manage a Dep. of Sales & Application Engineers
Job Requirements
- A minimum five years of successful sales management
- Experience preferably related field of pumps, pumping systems.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs and provide sales solutions
- Ability to establish and build relationships with customers
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applications
