Job Description
- Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in sales Departments (Agency & Bancassurance), to give them full information about gig and the technical training about gig's product sales, to have a skilled trainer who didn’t dedicated to specific product as a backup trainer.
- Responsible for training material and it's updates, and classroom agendas (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Traveling outside Cairo to deliver training.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Impressive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent in creating martial through PowerPoint.
- Flexible to adapt with any changes.
- Has the ability to deliver basic soft skills.
