Key Responsibilities
Planning & Monitoring Process:
- Assist recruitment medical manager in preparing a Medical recruitment plan.
- Prepare pipeline for all Medical hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days.
- Document daily activities and report to superior managers.
Operation Excellence Process:
- Oversees the filling of any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contracting & interviewing the applying candidates.
- Conduct & handle interviews to select according to the required criteria.
- Oversees the orientation to the new comers regarding their department, colleges, and BU directors.
- Responsible for overseeing the approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer & manpower increase.
- Oversees the Interviewing of the potential exclusive Drs or candidates
- Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.
- Responsible for overseeing the exclusive accepted candidates/Drs recruitment, negotiating to meet candidate expectation , receive their confirmation and sending them their contracts
- Oversees the Data base management.
- Maintain Medical recruitment team processes to hiring the most suitable candidates.
- Ensures fair and robust selection processes, ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
- Schedule meeting to sign exclusive contract with the top management & on-boarding with all related department.
- Collaborate within the recruitment team to improve and develop processes, ways of working, tools, systems etc. ultimately delivering a better outcome for Hiring Managers/Drs and Candidates
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Provide advice, coaching and support to Medical recruitment team.
- Develop good business relationships with Medical leaders at the organization. Innovation Process:
- Review performance of related departments in coordination with organizational development team in order to analyze the current and futuristic needs and requirements related to recruitment process.
- Develop sourcing solutions.
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
