Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Providing customer service and technical support for our products, services, and innovative applications.
  • Submit advanced and creative troubleshooting skills to handle and track customers' issues and follow up with them using various department tools and on-line resources.
  • Explain complex technical concepts simply with a positive attitude and tone of voice to achieve customer interaction and loyalty.
  • Implementing technical documentation for new released products.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering is a Must.
  • Excellent presentation and professional written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent computer and software skills
  • 0-1 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or system support.
  • Must have knowledge to troubleshoot and explain in detail various technical applications based on latest technologies in electronics and communication field.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks to achieve specific and strategic goals set by supervisors and management.
  • Egyptians only.
