Job Description
We’re looking for a marketing manager with a startup mentality who is highly organized, can handle many tasks simultaneously and able to build a marketing team as we continue to expand.
Someone who is analytical, can develop out of the box solutions and is motivated to learn and have concrete experience in the marketing field.
The marketing manager will develop our marketing strategy and will be responsible for managing all our marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Market research and strategy development
- Carry out a situational analysis, competitive analysis, and define an effective content strategy addition to developing advertising strategies and recommending ad budgets
Strategy implementation
- Develop advertisements and regular social media content to engage our customers
Social Media management
- Monitor all social media activity such as comments and reviews, respond to user queries in a timely fashion, and make sure the brand image is managed carefully.
Reporting
- Analyze date and create detailed reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing.
- At least 4 years experience in marketing or social media management
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding execution skills.
- A positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, You thrive under pressure and aren’t afraid about taking bold decisions.
- Passionate about working in a startup environment with endless room for growth.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and web technology.
