Job Description
KEY Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project end to end with all stakeholders and Vendors.
- Review key deliverables and timeline documents with Vendor (s) and Bank’s managers and stakeholders.
- Review and understand functional and non-functional requirements and ability to build a mind map of work and scope of the work.
- Provides very strong leadership to the project team and actively. represents the project team to stakeholders. Monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively from an outcome-based perspective
- Ensures that realistic and accurate estimates of costs, timescales and resource requirements are agreed and proactively manage any deviations through to project closure.
- Make sure the project follows the bank’s change management policies
- Manage projects between IT, vendor, business groups and develop project plans using project management principles, organize teams and collaboration activities for payments related application changes and projects
- Jointly work with quality assurance (QA) team for the planning of test scenarios, execution plans for integration, regression, and stress testing.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) with users to ensure quality outcome of an intended product as per SLA between IT and business.
- Manage periodic communications, updates and status reports
- Ensure mandatory approvals from change owners and stakeholders for requirements, change requests, and coordinate change management appropriately.
- Manage business satisfaction regarding project progress, systems availability, service continuity, and capacity issues.
- Capable to manage multiple projects in parallel with adherence to PM rules and delivery on stringent timelines.
Job Requirements
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Working knowledge and experience of all ATM/POS/E-Commerce and mobile payments and payments gateway is a must
- Ability to estimate project efforts needed based on Business / technical Requirements.
- Expert knowledge of relevant project management methodologies, development life cycles, Agile, waterfall
- Financial management for project
- Good knowledge of programme and project organization structures
- Good knowledge of resource and service management tools and techniques when working with multiple third parties
- Excellent networking skills (across multiple functions, business units, external stakeholders) and positively resolve conflicts
