Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Responsibility for checking and reporting when office supplies are needed
  • Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline , cleanliness
  • Distribute incoming correspondence, including Faxes and email
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines , copiers, and phone systems ,and use computers for spreadsheet , word processing , database management , and other applications

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good English and computer skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
