Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Responsibility for checking and reporting when office supplies are needed
- Manage the daily work of office boys regarding discipline , cleanliness
- Distribute incoming correspondence, including Faxes and email
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines , copiers, and phone systems ,and use computers for spreadsheet , word processing , database management , and other applications
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- Bachelor degree
- Good English and computer skills
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
