Job Description

  • Make sure that maintenance and security services are adequate, and make recommendations; if repair work or changes in procedures are needed.
  • Manages all meeting rooms and plan their schedules promptly.
  • Manage mail and post-distribution on daily basis, while maintaining the smooth communication.
  • Oversees all cafeterias, kitchens and dining halls and make sure that they offer the proper service up to company’s standards.
  • Routinely monitor all facility heating, cooling, fire suppression, elevator, electrical, plumbing and security systems of the building.
  • Routinely schedules necessary inspections and addresses necessary repairs.
  • Develops and monitors annual materials/supplies and contracted services budget for the purpose of maintaining the facilities
  • Assists in establishing, then maintaining, an annual budget for cleaning, repairs, remodeling, and renovations to buildings and for the maintenance and replacement.
  • Prepares analysis of operating expenses and other analysis essential to the management of the premises and justifies building expenditures as needed.
  • Is responsible for maintaining a safe environment.
  • Perform services to assure the safety and protection of the company’s property and personnel
  • Evaluates incidents and determine a course of action.
  • Discover the source of security breach and Setup video surveillance.
  • Supervise company service teams for inside cleaning company offices and building; maintaining plants within the company according to the needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of any discipline.
  • 10 years of experience at least in the same field, four of them in a managerial post.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Lead people with passion and is able to improve loyalty among team members.
  • Very good computer skills, willing to deliver different reports and analytics.
  • Firm, with a high sense of security.
