Job Description

  • Tracking of hardware and tools devices shipments/orders
  • Manage receiving, delivery and storage of all hardware and tools
  • Keep a daily inventory for all hardware and tools on site
  • Update Installation progress report daily and send to all concerned (Technical Support Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, Installation Supervisor)
  • Coordinate with Technical Support Manager on monthly duty shift needs
  • Print, monitor and update monthly duty shift
  • Daily coordination with Technical Support team on tasks and plans
  • Coordinate daily with client/client representative for the delivery of vehicles according to ramp up plan
  • Prepare and send weekly and monthly progress reports to management (Managing Director, Customer Engagement Manager, Technical Support Manager)
  • Prepare and send weekly and monthly progress reports client coordinator (Weekly and monthly)
  • Liaise between different company departments, client and installation team on site
  • Obtain signatures for all installations from client’s coordinator
  • Conduct weekly meetings with all technical team members; last week status update and the coming week plan
  • Monitor, follow up and measure the progress of installations against agreed upon and communicated plan
  • Randomly test and verify at least 15% of the daily hardware installations
  • Record and create all installations onto software
  • Procure signoff signatures from Installation supervisor for all installations
  • Generate sign off sheet for each installation from software and obtain the necessary signatures
  • Full understanding of all tracking software solutions
  • Understanding of technical plan for all tracking hardware solutions
  • Understanding of the hardware and software support model
  • Fill in for the assistant installer as needed
  • Fill in for technical support as needed
