ME-roboVics, one of the companies under the umbrella of Micro Engineering Group - Canada based Corporate - is currently looking for a Project Manager to support world class level Software Implementations. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing implementation of software products for the education sector
Responsibilities
- Lead product focused teams consisting of cross- functional, global groups, directly supervise staff, assign responsibility to members and monitor progress.
- Manage external contracts and suppliers where required.
- Liaison between Product Development and Client leadership to ensure accuracy of the implementation
- Lead daily scrum meetings and attend implementation events to maintain on-time delivery goals
- Responsible for facilitating sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Helping the team to increase their agility at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
- Plan for and manage changes to the team organization as priorities change and provide agility in the agile process
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years in a IT environment.
- Start-up Experience is a plus.
- Must have a proven track record of agile delivery and clear career progression that demonstrates adaptability and clear responsibility for delivery.
- Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
- Excellent English Command.
- Can manage conflicting responsibilities
