Job Description
- Responsible for documenting and updating company Organizational structure for current and future
- Implement all culture development initiatives, in regards to the engagement and communication.
- Share in the spread and believe of the corporate core values across the whole organization and in day to day practice
- Share in the maintenance of the Performance Management System
- Execute all the efforts needed to write/draw/document all polices & procedures, system, guides, designs required by the line manager
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR/OD experience
- Computer skills: Excellent user of MS office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
