Job Description
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Manage cash and bank transactions
- Process bills and receipts
- Update and coordinate with project managers to achieve our targets on monthly basis, and keep track of external suppliers’ payments
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping on accounting systems.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Work with external auditors
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: 25 - 35
- Non-smoker
- Background and knowledge about accounting and General Sheets
- Proven experience as an expert accountant (2-3 years preferred )
- Advanced skills using Microsoft office.
- Faculty of Commerce is required (Accounting major preferable)
- Multitasking and accuracy on work flow.
- Motivated

- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
