Job Description
- Responsible for production batches.
- Ensure lessons learned from pilot and future batches are transferred to ongoing production runs.
- Scale up, Stability and certain regulatory aspects.
- Partnering with Quality in identifying solutions for manufacturing issues, qualifying alternate source raw materials for Purchasing, and identifying ways to reduce product costs with Finance.
- Maintain pilot plant and keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
Job Requirements
- Requirements: BS in chemistry or equivalent and 2+ years in formulation and manufacturing of personal care/pharma products.
