Job Description
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
- Guide, motivate and develop the direct and indirect subordinate employees within the Human Resources policy
- Plan, implement and control the cost and investment budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field
- Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, on-boarding, training and compensation)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Hands-on experience with MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
