Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
- As part of the GEM (Global Engineering Management) Team, you will get exposure to R&D, development team, GEM global function manger and any other global teams within Schneider Electric.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support Project teams in Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.
- Participate and facilitate the training for the Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.
- Participate and facilitate Project progress calls with project teams to gather project feedback.
- Support in new programs in alignment with the Process Automation business needs.
- Facilitate appropriate bench-marking, metric and governance model for Engineering Tools, Templates, Procedures and Standards based on Corporate engineering tools, standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Power or Mechatronics Engineering
- 0-3 years of related working experience
- It is preferable that the candidate to have programming skills.
- Fluency in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Proven business analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Time Management & Multi-tasking Skills
