Job Description

Provide first line support and resolved a preparation of incidents and service requests.

  • Escalate incident and service request when required. Keep users informed of progress.
  • Carry out user satisfaction survey as required.
  • Making recommendations for improving the company IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
  • Responsible for the efficient handling of all incidents and service request using dedicated stuff.
  • Responsible for all daily, weekly, and Monthly report which send to Top management.
  • Responsible for Analysis all the data and integrate the result in a report for the Management

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Females only
  • Basic knowledge in ITIL
